Before joining Schechter Benefits, Cathy successfully managed diverse client portfolios ranging from small businesses with just 2 employees to large organizations with 1,000+ members. As team leader for both union and non-union accounts, she has cultivated strong relationships with insurance carriers and their representatives, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for clients.
